The most important component of your laptop is screen and its
physical size.
These can be smaller stating from 10.4 inches to 17.1 inches
in a really big. In other words, the physical size of your display
will be generally determined by the size category of laptop
you choose to buy.
More important than the physical size of the laptop screen is
its resolution.
XGA-
1,024 x 768 pixels, the most common resolution for laptops.
SXGA- 1,400 x 1,050 pixels.
UXGA- 1,600 x 1,200 pixels.

of each of these, are as follows:
WXGA-
1,366 x 768 pixels WSXGA - 1,680 x 1,050 pixels WUXGA - 1,920
x 1,200 pixels.
